Tax Election Packages and Instructions
Please download and print the appropriate Tax Election Packages and Instructions below if you have received exchangeable shares of AbitibiBowater Canada Inc. as part of the combination of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. and Bowater Incorporated under AbitibiBowater Inc. and wish to make a tax election in that respect. Please note that duly completed forms must be returned to AbitibiBowater Canada Inc. no later than January 28, 2008 in accordance with the instructions set out below.
You will need to have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ in order to download these files. Click on the Acrobat® Reader™ logo below if you need to download the software. You must ensure that you have at least Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ 7.0 on your computer before filling out these forms. Older versions of Reader™ will not display these forms correctly.
To print the Tax Election Packages and Instructions, please select "File" in the tool bar and click on "Print". In the "Print What" drop-down menu, select "Document and Comments". In the "Page Handling" section, select "Fit to Paper" in the "Page Scaling" drop-down.
